(wwl) pipo’s dream photographs

Once more, I invite you to discover a photographer who sets up dream-like sceneries. Just stumbled upon Pipo’s pictures. They remind me of those strange dreams you can have sometimes, in which everything is so disproportionate compared to reality. Or in which the light is so peculiar you could swear it’s really too bright for the scene to be happening in real life.

Guys, I’m listening to Ed Sheeran’s Give me love while looking at these pictures. And it’s as if this boy who models was singing with Irish sonorities right now. You should try.

I guess that’s the power of photography: being able to capture moments that wouldn’t exist if not in our imagination. Someone said once “there’s nothing as beautiful as what you can imagine” – meaning real life will always be more dull than the thread of our minds. Maybe so. But in some way, if we can set up dreams through the lens of a camera, can we not capture a fragment of reality so?
